Payment:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Money Orders - NannyCam.biz will appear on you credit card statement. Due to the large volume of credit card fraud, your signature and billing address are required and will be checked thorughly, with the issuing bank. Please include the telephone number of the bank thats listed on the back of your credit card. We can only ship to the billing address of the card holder. If you would like your order to go elsewhere, please contact your credit card company and list an alternate shipping address with them. This can be accomplished by calling the 800 number on the back of your card.
Shipping and Handling Charges.
Your shipping and handling charges are based on the total cost of your order and on whether you have selected regular or expedited shipping.
Foreign Orders:
All foreign orders must call, fax or email us for a shipping quote. Minimum foreign order is $100.00 of merchandise. Foreign orders are generally shipped U.S. Airmail or Federal Express, at our option. You are wholly responsible for any custom duties, import restrictions, etc. All payments must be made by bank money order in U.S. funds. For wire / funds transfer, please contact our office by fax for our banking information. No line of credit will be accepted. Canadian orders are generally shipped by Federal Express or UPS and you must add a shipping fee of $30.00 in addition to the standard shipping / handling fee. All payments must be made by bank or postal money order only, in U.S. Funds.

We guarantee all NannyCam products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 30 days after sale to customer. We will replace or repair, at our option providing there is no evidence of customer missuse, or alteration.

Return Policy
All products are special ordered by the person ordering, and are NOT subject to cancellations. Due to the nature of our product line, some items may be used once, and no longer needed. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless defective. Any return must be authorized by NannyCam.biz and under no circumstances will returns be accepted unless so authorized. an authorization number and shipping instructions must be obtained from NannyCam.biz Return product via UPS or U.S. Mail, prepaid and insured, for your protection. (Please note, we do not refund shipping fees). No discontinued item my be returned. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
